Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Freely mobile app (the "App"), provided by Humax Digital ("Humax", "we", "us", "our"). The App is a companion app for the Humax AuraEZ 4K Recorder (model FHR6000T) set-top box, used to browse the TV Guide, manage recordings and stream live TV over your home Wi-Fi network. By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

Using the App

• You must create an account to use most features of the App, and you're responsible for keeping your login details secure.
• The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use with your own AuraEZ box on a network you control.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the App, the box, or the services behind them.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country of residence to create an account.

Your account

You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact us using the details below as soon as possible.

Content and TV services

TV Guide listings, scheduling and recording features depend on data and services provided by Humax and its content partners, and on your AuraEZ box and home network functioning correctly. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of any channel, programme listing, or recording, and availability may vary by region or change over time.

Intellectual property

The App, including its design, logos and software, is owned by Humax Digital or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the App only as permitted by these Terms, and you don't acquire any ownership rights by using it.

Disclaimer and liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Humax is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the App, including missed recordings or service interruptions caused by your network, your box, or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Changes to the App or these Terms

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time, for example to add features, fix issues, or reflect changes in our services. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Ending your use of the App

You can stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are breached, or if required to protect the security of our services or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence.
